Guests rave about their experience here. One delighted patron, Alex I, claimed it to be "probably the best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy." The allure of L'Antica lies not just in the pizza but also in the art of the crust, which strikes the perfect balance between chewy and lightly charred—a testament to their skilled wood-fired cooking technique. “ Great experience with authentic wood fired pizzas! Probably the best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. The food was absolutely amazing, will definitely be back and recommend to friends! ”
“ best pizza l’ve ever had in London also the TAGLIATELLE AL RAGU and the desert (tiramisu) were absolutely amazing. definitely recommend. ”
“ Lovely cosy place. Staff was very friendly and I noticed them being very thoughtful to the other diners around me as well, like serving a pizza already cut in half onto 2 plates because they knew the pizza would be shared etc. Pizza itself was delightful - the crust became my favourite part as it was the perfect balance of chewy and char from the wood oven. ”
“ - Pizza is very good, good size and fresh ingredients. Very interesting combinations and tasty flavor! - Location small with approx 20 seats and take no reservations for lunch. It’s rustic, be careful if you’re a big group. The area is very pretty, fancy and lively. - Staff was helpful, we had a 1 month baby and they helped us with the seatings and were comprehensive with our needs - Prices are quite honest, so nothing expectional. Definitely recommended, probably one of the best pizzas in London! ”
“ One of our favourite pizza spots in London. Inside is small and doesn't take reservations, so come between standard meal times for best outcome (otherwise you'll be in a queue for a long time to sit 6" from another table). Pizzas are delicious, and the crust is amazing. We weren't impressed with the pesto sauce though. Focaccia doesn't taste much like traditional focaccia (more like a pizza without sauce) but we enjoyed it. ”
“ There is a part of me that does not want to post this review, because I don't want this place to become even more popular than it is already... but the reality is, this is one of the best pizzerias in London and it absolutely deserves all the hype! The pizza is made fresh and comes to the table piping hot. The crust is absolutely delicious - crispy and bubbly. The tomato sauce is incredible - it's what every tomato aspires to be. There is a wide range of choices in regards to toppings and side dishes. The customer service is fantastic - the servers are welcoming and friendly, and usually are joking around with customers, which creates an easy-going and relaxed atmosphere. I will say I was not a huge fan of their pasta in comparison to their pizza, but it's not bad, just not as amazing as their pizza which is incredible. After coming here a few times, we expect to return regularly! ”
“ My first time here and absolutely loved it! Great Pizzas and lovely customer service too. Definitely reccomending. I'll be back to try more Pizzas and also the pasta dishes on the menu. There's only so much one can eat in each visit, so bare with me. ”
“ Fantastic pizza. Good value and cosy restaurant. Up on the hill near the tube station. Same prices as high street competitors however quality vastly superior! ”
